Knowing how the changing technology landscape affects the strategic planning of an
organization is a necessity in today's business world. Technology Leadership offers skills
for the professional moving into management and administration. The program allows students
to expand their skills into the business realm, enabling them to manage projects and collaborate
with teams, be entrepreneurial and understand legal issues associated with business and technology.
DEGREE OBJECTIVES

Develop, analyze and evaluate advanced functional and applicable technology leadership
skills and understanding to succeed in a technology business, venture, and/or project.

Assess and analyze technology leadership challenges from the perspective of business
managers, project managements, marketers, and executives engaged in strategic technology development.

Examine and proficiently articulate the technical, leadership, and managerial forces
driving the development, marketing, sales and management of technology.

Through simulation and case study, students analyze operations and opportunities in a global technology environment.

Investigate, analyze and integrate the skills and attributes that lead to making a
positive and productive impact in the dynamic field of technology and leadership.
