The college was founded in 1983. It's culture supports technophies and is dedicated to a well
rounded collegiate education emphasizing the values of digital citizenship, the nurturing of
thinking skills and the completion of complex student works. Accredited by
The Higher Learning Commission
and a member of the North Central Association. The college is proud to be a Center of Academic
Excellance, as designate by the National Centers of Information Assurance Education sponsored

ACADEMICS
- UAT offers 20 undergraduate degrees in advancing technology disciplines, including our most popular majors: Game Design, Game Programming, Network Security, Technology Forensics, Digital Video, and Robotics and Embedded Systems.
- UAT offers 5 graduate degrees in such disciplines as Advancing Computer Science, Emerging Technologies, Game Production and Management, Information Assurance and Technology Leadership.
- UAT combined educational "global best practices" with its own research to create a learning model called Synchronic Learning.

ACADEMIC PROGRESS
Retention Rate is the number of students enrolled in UAT in the Fall semester that
are still enrolled at the university a year later. This includes continuing enrollment,
